From the warm, fertile Jordan Valley below sea level to the highlands and desert regions, Jordan's range of climates lets us grow almost anything, almost all year.

Sudan

Our Sudan operations extend the season and add volume for crops such as green beans, okra and chilies, filling gaps in the Jordanian calendar.

Growing Practices

Contracted farming under professional agronomic supervision, with careful water use, integrated pest management and full field records.

Harvesting

Crops are hand-harvested at the right maturity, in the cool hours of the day, and moved to pre-cooling as quickly as possible.
