Pre-cooling

Produce is pre-cooled immediately on arrival to remove field heat and slow respiration.

Hand grading to buyer specifications, packed in cartons, punnets or flow-packs with full labelling.

Cold rooms and refrigerated trucks keep an unbroken chain from our facility to the aircraft.
